Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid plans of TechnoSubrat SEO Tools, run by TechnoSubrat, Brahmapur, Odisha, India.

Cancelling a plan

You can cancel automatic renewal at any time from the White-label page or by contacting support.
After you cancel, your plan and remaining credits stay active until the end of the current 30-day period. You will not be charged again.
One-time plans (without automatic renewal) simply end after 30 days.

Refunds

Unused plan: if you have not used any credit of a plan, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment.
Failed or duplicate payment: if money was taken but the plan did not activate, or you were charged twice, we refund the extra amount in full.
Service failure: if a paid feature did not work because of a fault on our side and we could not fix it within 3 business days, we refund the unused part of the plan.
Once credits of a plan have been used, that plan's payment is not refundable, except as above.
Automatic renewal charges can be refunded if you ask within 48 hours of the charge and have not used credits from the new period.

Email technosubrat.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp +917853893881 with your registered email and the payment receipt number. We reply within 1 business day.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are sent through Razorpay to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or UPI app may take a few more days to show it.
