This policy explains what information TechnoSubrat ("we", "us") collects when you use TechnoSubrat SEO Tools at tools.technosubrat.in, how we use it, and the choices you have. The service is run by Subrat Patnaik from Brahmapur, Odisha, India.

- Account details: your full name, email address and WhatsApp number.
- What you ask the tools to check: website URLs, keywords, target locations and devices, and the results we generate for them.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and the time of each request, used for security, rate limiting and fixing errors.
- Consent records: the date, time and IP address at which you agreed to these terms and to being contacted.
How we use it
- To run audits and rank checks you request, save your history and produce reports.
- To manage your plan, credits, payments and receipts.
- To send service emails, such as verification, password reset, receipts and plan expiry reminders.
- If you agreed to it, to contact you by email or WhatsApp about your results or our SEO services. You can opt out at any time.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
Services we share data with
To deliver results we send only the data each service needs:
- Google PageSpeed Insights and Google Gemini (Google LLC): the website URL and page data being audited.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the website and database.
We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and history while your account is open. Payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. When you ask us to delete your account we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent to marketing messages, by writing to technosubrat.in@gmail.com. We act on requests in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and protect forms. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.
