Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to TechnoSubrat SEO Tools at tools.technosubrat.in, run by TechnoSubrat (Subrat Patnaik), Brahmapur, Odisha, India. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must give accurate details, keep your password private and be at least 18. One person or business per free account; creating extra accounts to get more free checks is not allowed and those accounts may be closed.

2. What the tools do

The AI SEO Audit checks publicly available pages of a website and uses Google PageSpeed Insights and AI to produce scores and recommendations. Recommendations are guidance, not a promise of any ranking, traffic or sales.

3. Fair use

Only audit websites you own or have permission to analyse. Do not use the service to overload websites, to resell raw data in bulk, to scrape the service or to break any law. We may limit or suspend accounts that do.

4. Free use and limits

The SEO audit and PDF reports are currently free. To keep the service fair, each account can run a limited number of audits every 30 days, and we may limit or block accounts that misuse the service or give false details. We will tell you before introducing any paid plans, and nothing will be charged without your consent.

5. Your data and reports

You own the reports generated for you and may share them with your clients. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service running at all times but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Third-party services we depend on (Google, Razorpay) may have outages. If a check fails because of an error on our side, the credit is returned to your account.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or rankings.

8. Ending the service

You can close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; if we close an account without cause, we will refund the unused part of the current plan.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted; we will email you about significant changes. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.

10. Law and contact
